MIM recommends Golden Rule Travel as a travel agency for groups. This is a tool for you to use if it is of benefit to you. It is optional to use Golden Rule Travel or any other agency, as it is a tool for those who find it helpful and convenient.
Introduction
Team leaders should start the group quote process by sending the following details to Lorene Petersheim (the agent who helps with group ticketing to MEDA). Start this process as early as you can to get the best prices.

Departure and arrival airports (list all airports you'd like to price compare)
Dates of travel, including any time preferences
Number of passengers
There are two ways to quote groups:
Group Quotes - when your team has 10 or more passengers. Group fares help you by allowing you to reserve space with a deposit. Final payment can be made approximately 35-40 days before arrival. Another benefit is the ability to change the name on the ticket if someone cannot travel after tickets are issued. This is usually done for a fee.
Individual Fares - Sometimes, the fares are better if your team purchases the tickets within a day or two. If you go for this option, those tickets are usually non-refundable, and names cannot be changed.
The following details will be collected to purchase tickets:
Each person's full name as it appears on their passport, gender, and date of birth
The personal information of each passenger can be found on the Managed Missions program under the “Team Members” tab, and then on the right-hand side, click “Travel Agent Export.” The CSV file can be sent to Lorene Petersheim for final ticketing.
